hacking: go ahead, if you're tech savvy! sylar has minimal skill at this but may still know something is up due to superpowers, so we should negotiate, but i'm pretty flexible.
injury/death: i'm good with either, save for if there are plotting/timeline conflicts, so get in touch.
sylar is an undiscriminating serial killer who can often be sadistic in his tendencies and manipulative the rest of the time. his backstory involves child neglect and abuse, and suicide ideation/attempts. if you would like me to avoid specific topics or not tag you, just let me know here and i'll do my best to respect this!
sylar is a serial killer, possessed with the single-minded obsession of killing people for their powers, and fundamentally lacks in empathy for other human beings. he is immensely self-serving, violent, and prone to turning on people even after seemingly becoming friends with them. this means that even in harmless interaction, sylar may be manipulative, untruthful, and present himself as something he isn't for the sake of obtaining information, sympathy, or leverage.

death: It's very difficult to kill Jesse. I'm open to it, it's just that there would be consequences.
other notes: I recommend reading up on Jesse's powers. Not only does he regenerate, but he can also transfer his injuries onto someone else (most likely his attacker) which makes him effectively immortal in most circumstances. And that's not even taking his very bloodthirsty friends into account. They would probably retaliate hard. Not that I'm saying no to an encounter, I'm just putting that all out there.

stalking: yES! To be honest, it'll be karma for all the ill-conceived stalking that Kavinsky has done in his lifetime.
injury: yes! Kavinsky is indestructible against all powers and normal physical force except for healing and amplification (i.e., power boosts), but this could just be a fun challenge for the clocksmith to work out.
death: I definitely think we should go 2/2 Sylar murdering my characters, someday.
other notes: indestructibility and caginess. OOCly I would prefer murder happen in the context of plot. also I guess for some weird reason, Kavinsky actually has a few friends so they'll be mad if they find out. But apart from that, not too much of note!

injury: it's very difficult to injure Sasaki; a quick comparison is that a bullet can't cut through Sasaki's skink. While he isn't immortal, it's necessary to have a lot of strength. If Sylar ever manages that, go for it!
death: Following above, Sasaki has crazy regeneration abilities; he has survived two huge spears through his head before. He isn't immortal, just really difficult to kill and he is always getting up. So... good luck? : D

stalking: Definitely go for it! Rose is a predator herself though so she might catch on to being 'stalked' (at least physically, but network stalking and such she'll remain oblivious to).

death: Other than having one helluva self-preservation instinct and being trained to fight to the death, Rose has no actual powers to really prevent death. She'll just put up one tough fight but I'm still okay with death if it gets to that point.

other notes: Just linking Reggie's and Pablo's powers for convenience; I'm 100% open to plotting/discussion if anything strikes your interest in particular (or would strike Sylar's) and we can at that point discuss details or specific consequences. However, neither of them really have friends in exceptionally high places, or that would necessarily act in retaliation if anything were to happen.

stalking: I'm open to any and all stalking which tickles his hunter's fancy.
injury: Yes! And in Sam's case, he has some (saliva-based) healing abilities so he'd be able to recover from external injuries if given the opportunity.
death: Should their CR head that direction, I'm open to discussing it.
other notes: I don't think Rincewind's likely to be targeted, but he's guarded by the Luggage and it's not to be taken lightly. Sam doesn't have any major defensive capabilities, but his ability to shift makes him a slippery victim to hold onto. Full power-sets are listed here for Rincewind and for Sam.

stalking: I'd like Gemini to be a person of interest! She has very useful elasticity and shapeshifting powers, which do also make her hard to stalk. She does have good senses and is well trained so she'd probably know pretty quickly if he tries it.
injury: I'm ok with all kinds of injury considering that Gemini doesn't feel physical pain and is very hard to injure. However it's best to ask before attacking her with one of her weaknesses (fire, extreme temperatures) because that can cause her to nurse a serious grudge.
death: Gemini's virtually impossible to kill, so it's not likely, but she might fake her own death if it suits her so maybe.
other notes: Gemini's powers mean that although she looks fully human it's her looks are a lie; she doesn't have a brain and if Sylar were to try to cut open what passes for her skull he'd find it very difficult as most blades can't pierce her 'skin'. Having said that if she finds out that's his thing she might let him overpower her and cut into her head, only to laugh her ass off once he realises he's been tricked. >.>

other notes: Might want to check up on Persephone, she has all kinds of spooky death goddess powers, and also her divine voice. Also note that "kill them for power" is a major plot point she's gotta deal with, and her favorite way to deal with things is VIOLENCE. Basically I'm very excited for everything to go terribly.
