Upon being questioned by the authorities in the wake of Sarissa's second death, below is the info that they would give to the authorities:
- Sarissa would give background details about when they met, which was sometime in July, and that they had a relationship
- on November 26th, Sylar murdered her for her ability, and threatened the safety of her sisters (Sarah, Cosima, Alison, etc.), which compelled Sarissa to keep this to herself
- he made contact twice more, once over the network, and once in person, both encounters being uneventful
That comes to the second murder which attracted heavy questioning, info being:
- during the end of the blackout (January 22nd), Sylar abducted Cosima and Clara in their home in De Chima. he stole Cosima's phone, luring Sarah to the same building, and abducted her too. all of these abductions were violent.
- he placed Sarah in a de-commissioned meatpacking plant, exposing her to the cold and drawing enough blood to risk death
- he trapped Cosima and Clara in a panic room in the basement of a residential house, which was rigged to explode
- he contacted Sarissa over communicators and directed her to save Sarah, which she was forced to do via blood transfusion, and was made to destroy her phone to get through. using Sarah's phone, he then directed her in her weakened state, to go and defuse the explosive device that threatened Cosima and Clara, all the while exposing her to a concentrated chlorine gas which simulates the experience of the clones' terminal illness.
- she died, the cops were called, Sarah was hospitalised, the rest is history.
- Clara and Cosima, while trapped, could listen to the dialogue between Sylar and Sarissa the whole time, including while she died
- Sarissa also would have noted his drive and ability to steal powers through cutting open people's skulls
Currently:
- Sylar is making himself scarce, and Porter records(?) probably know he last went to Maurtia Falls. his Nonah home and his official job have been abandoned. he probably stole some petty cash from the latter.
- the warehouse and residential home all show signs of his tampering beforehand, referencing his mechanical/technological skill in customised locks, the sound system, the poison gas trap, the bomb, etc.
